I hired Diego Ortiz to build a privacy wall on my property. He started the work by trenching 130'x2'x30" hole that he said was to be the concrete support and then he installed the rebar. So I paid him a $10,000 deposit that he requested and after the check cleared the bank he never returned to finish what he started. In discovery, I now realize that Ortiz Signature Concrete is not an accredited registered business in the State of Texas nor the IRS.

BUYERS BEWARE! Don't go through what I've had to go through.
