I ordered my purchase on 4/20 in the morning. That night I realized I never received my confirmation email that I even made a purchase. I emailed their “support” team the morning of 4/21 about my confirmation since of course my card had already been charged but with no information to me about my order number or anything. Alex the Orthoflexics support team member who contacted me only told me about it takes 1-2 days to ship my order, not even answering me or giving me my confirmation number which is what I asked for. Yesterday 4/23 I tried calling “their” phone number four different times and they all went straight to a weird voicemail. I emailed again now since now it had been 3 days since my order, still with no information from them, just to go ahead and cancel my order. I wake up today 4/24 with an email saying we’re sorry we can’t cancel or give you a refund since your order is already in parcel. So they only claim to have shipped my purchase when I asked for them to cancel my order and get a refund. And yet I still don’t have my confirmation, order number, or now tracking number.
