Orthofit slippers advertised on a Facebook ad, ordered from Orthofit website. Received very cheap product not as advertised. Website advertised easy returns within 30 days. PayPal account says paid to Zeffirelli E-commerce Limited not Orthofit. Tried to contact both company names but got a pop up telling me to fill out a form submit $5 and credit card someone will answer my question. I can’t find any where to return product to. HELP
