I made the mistake of ordering some clothes from Orsle. I contacted them about a return when what I got was poor quality.

This was their response:

"Dear customer,

We are sorry that bring troubles to you,we will do better.

We can provide a 15% discount for your next order as compensation,can you keep it or resell it ?

if you wanna return back , we are afraid you should pay for the postage .then we will refund you asap after we received your item .which do you prefer? We are sorry for the inconvenience caused for you! Please feel free to contact with us if you had any problem ! Have a nice day!"

I insisted on returning to get my money back. I paid $60 for shipping because they would not provide me a shipping label. After receiving a shipping confirmation that the package was delivered back to them, they refused to answer my emails asking for my refund. All in all this cost me about $160 with nothing to show for it but a life lesson. Never order from Orsle. They take your money.

Ordered two items from this online company and after receiving clothing they are not true to size color or material!! The clothing feels like plastic and very poorly made. When trying to use there support email listed on their Instagram and website support@orsle.zendesk.com it turns out it doesn’t even exist. I have contacted them via direct message on Instagram and Facebook and no response. $62 completely lost do not shop from this online store.

Little heads up to anyone who online shops.... I ordered a dress from this website called ORSLE. Looks as though they have really cute clothes, decently priced, etc. when I got my dress in I ordered, here is the difference! The material is plastic like and not nearly as pretty of a color, also a little see through.

They are a company in China and have a few different smaller websites I am pretty sure because I have seen this dress elsewhere. Any ways the dress looked completely different online and they have a company policy that they are responsible for poor material yet after a long time of emailing back and forth they are making it as difficult as possible to ship it back, and refund my money. not only that they want me to pay for it and not follow company policy... kinda a scam and sketchy place. Just a little heads up to be careful on what you order from these websites
