I tried to purchase oriville anti-fungus pen from their website, however, after they charged me huge amount at checkout, I realized something was off, the order totaled only $27 while $85 was deducted from my card. So as per their return policy, I immediately requested order cancellation and refund. Although I can see the order still not shipped, the customer service is going back and forth on not wanting to pay me back or cancelling the order. Lastly, they informed they can’t do anything as order is shipped, while it showed it’s not even been prepared for shipping! To add to misery, the payments are recurring every month and even if I get a new card, they can automatically access new card’s information!
