I bought a shirt on line from Orion New York (orion-newyork.com) that was supposed to be superior quality from a New York shop. It was not. It was sent from China and the quality was appalling. I would not let my dog wear this. Threads hanging everywhere, material stitching visible. I lost $45.00 on this order. Then when I tried to return it, they said I could take 20% off to keep the crap clothing. Then 30% when I declined that offer. Then they told me I could send it to an individual person in China to get a refund on my dime. I tried to contact support at [email protected] but got nowhere.
