Ordered from a small business online that was advertised on Facebook. Original order was placed on 2/4, I reached out to them on 2/16 asking for status update, they messaged back with a tracking number. The tracking number they gave me shows “usps awaiting package for shipment “ since 2/16. I reached out again on 2/22 and asked again about the status, the seller told me that “the package shouldve already been here, I’ll keep an eye out.” I told them that that is not a good response and that I’d like their package shipped, to which they responded “I 1000% shipped that package.” Now looking at reviews of this persons website, I am seeing a commonality amongst the complaints- she is blaming the USPS for “losing” her packages - SCAM.
