I ordered 9 christmas ornaments from their website. It has been marked delivered but it definitely has it been. I have opened a claim with the post office as well because of the delivery status. They are claiming it was delivered to an address somewhere here in Knoxville but refuse to do anything further. I have emailed this company over 20 times and can send you the emails if needed. They are completely uncooperative and keep telling me to be patient.
