I ordered a puzzle on April 7th, and received a tracking number on May 5. The tracking number was fake and not valid anywhere. On Facebook, this "company" has 1 out of 5 stars. No one has been able to reach the company or receive a refund. Do not use this company! I don't care if they go out of business. Their "email address" listed on their website isn't valid either.

Do not order from the website! Once you order from them, they take your money automatically and then send an email saying that shipping has been delayed due to Covid-19. When you email them for an update, they don't respond for weeks on end and then send a generic email saying that shipping is delayed due to Covid, again. I placed an order with them over a month ago and I have received nothing but generic email replies and no answers.
