I ordered 2 rings from them advertising as Zales. They sent me the wrong rings and they were fake! The stones in them were not real Le Vian diamond rings like they advertised. I contacted them regarding the wrong items they sent. I told them I wanted to return these for a full refund and they only wanted to offer me a $15 refund. I had to dispute my credit card in order to get my full purchase price refunded back to me. They are falsely advertising under the wrong name and their rings are totally fake!

I thought I had ordered from Kay Jewerly’s but it was in fact ORIENTAL APPLIED TRADE PTE. LTD.

This is fraud. Merchandise is not from Kay's jewlery and is not as described. Fake gold and stones.
