The owner came to our home for a consultation, spent one day beginning the project, then requested payment of our original verbal agreement + additional $195 via Square ($1195), which was paid, but then stopped responding to messages/calls/texts for over a week (starting the day that was paid). When she finally did get back in touch, she did not come to complete the project as agreed upon, instead arriving on a totally different day. Once she completed the project, she invoiced me for another 2.5x what I had already paid and demanded a late fee be paid if I did not pay by noon the next day. She then began attacking my family and children on social media, as well as via text. Overall, it appeared that she was doing whatever she could to make me pay her extra money. I have all documentation saved for the entire experience.
