I googled for upholstery cleaning and this website was one of the thousands that came up. I said pet friendly, organic, same day cleaning. The technician showed up to my house. The quote I was given from the dispatcher who answers the phones said it would $69 for the couch and $25 for each chair. The technician said that was for the basic cleaning and that he recommends a deep cleaning that would be a grand total of $220. He had some list of formal pricing. He left me an invoice that I had to ask for prior to him leaving as he wasn't going to leave one. He stained my couch and chairs. They were not cleaned. He told me "it's dark because it is wet and it will take a couple of days to dry." I waited a couple of days from the day of the cleaning which was on 7/11/2023 and the couch and chairs look the same... black now instead of white. I called and made several reports and the same operator continued to tell me that some one will reach me. I called from several other numbers as they stopped answering my number and when I asked what is the name of the person in charge there she hung up on me. I called from another number and told her that I wanted to speak to the person in charge and again she hung up on me. Their website has no legit contact information nor do they have an email. There is no where to leave a message or feedback on their website. Their website states that if you are not satisfied that you can call them and they will have someone contact you right away which is what I did however no one is contacting me back.

I booked with Organic Choice Saturday 1/21/23 and waited half a day for them to arrive. They confirmed via phone that for a sectional (on on their website) it would be $99. When the tech didn't arrive, they promised to give me a small discount if I rescheduled (on account of the hassle). The next weekend, the tech arrived and denied this offer. I called the office and they assured me he'd be giving me a discount. As a result, he said he wouldn't be cleaning my couch.

Since I couldn't reschedule again, allowed him to clean the couch at the full price. The tech assured me I could ask the office for the discount, but he wouldn't be giving it to me when he was done. I called the office and all the phone lines were disconnected and they had blocked me. The tech was also incredibly rude and argumentative. I was able to get Luis phone number off of Zelle (the boss), and he told me that he never advertised for a sectional at $99. In fact, he wanted to charge me upwards of $250! I attached the add but he also never responded. My couch was also left with stains and I don't think any soap was used while cleaning.

They seemed like a reputable agency. According to their website they have 5 stars on google and an A+ with the Better Business Bureau. These are actually SCREEN SHOTS designed into their website and not actual links (falsely advertising their reviews). When I did an internet search for their company they didn't exist online and furthermore, after numerous issues, started disconnecting their phone lines and blocking our numbers.
