"This message is solely intended for (my name) this is Joseph Cline process server calling in regards to a court summons i received in my office that requires your signature. You are on my schedule to be served at you home address or place of employment on Thursday August 16th between the hours of 3 and 5 pm. If i cannot obtain your signature at either of these location i will have to notate this as a direct refusal to comply resulting in you missing your court date. if you have any questions or you need to reschedule this service date you need to contact the filing party's office directly as soon as possible. The phone number is 8327939854 and provide your case number as CV***. "my name" you have been officially notified."
Called the office spoke to a guy named Chris Sharkey a paralegal with ORG & Associates told me i owed $724 for a debt from 5th/3rd bank from 10 years ago. he tried to get me to confirm i owed the debt and that it wasn't a malicious or criminal reason on why i overdrew my account. Asked him when my court date was and where. He said he didnt have any information about a court date. I asked what addresses Joseph cline had so that i could be sure to meet him for my paperwork and he said he didnt know who joseph cline was. Asked him to send me to an actual lawyer who knows something about my case so that i can get some answers to let my lawyer know about it and he hung up on me.
About 2 years ago the company Roth-morgan and Associates AKA Allied Credit Consultants LLC tried to do the same thing and they have since closed their business and filed for bankruptcy.
