I had paid services to this company to send a notarized package to my husband via USPS for divorce. That was October. On November 16th they showed me progress and that he did get the paperwork. They told me to wait for him to sign. No support really. It is now February. I’ve talked to 10 support people and left 2 messages with the supervisor to call me back. No call back. I investigated this and tracked the number. The label for the package was generated BUT the package was never mailed! I stood my ground and told them I was not paying more money to them for fraudulent service and wanted a refund. The person said I will not get a refund at this time and said I will be transferred to the supervisor. I could here him smirk while he was talking. I don’t want any other heartbroken person to have to deal with this while trying to get their life back together. This is wasted time, sleep and money not to mention more heartache on top of the divorce situation.
