I had ordered an expensive item and got it on sale with my credit/debit card back in early Aug. I never got what I ordered. So I emailed them and so far it's been over 30 emails between us where they refused to give me my money back and said they would resend the item. So I agreed to get something either or. That was at the end of October they said they sent it out in November and I should get it now because it's been delivered. The link to track it they gave me said it is in transit and it's been that way for four days and not moved or gotten to me. It's been a horrible experience. I've never had such problems getting my orders till this place.
