Ordered item on website for earring lifters - Buy 2 pairs and get 2 pairs free on 4/7/23 using credit card. Total charge $14.70. Received envelope 4/19/23 with only one pair. Sent emails X 4 requesting they send additional pairs. Replied their warehouse needed picture which I explained was unnecessary because I received the correct item but the number was not as advertised in their ad. It's likely a scam they use with all orders and no one wants to bother because of the minor dollar amount paid. Not a reputable business and needs to be flagged as such.
