OrchidFloyd.com is partnered with other fulfillment centers and advertises & sells through Facebook. They lure you into buying a product that is never delivered. I ordered two multifunctional folding chairs and received two collapsible canes instead. A return & refund policy card enclosed with the canes provides no phone number but only an email address. I sent an email but no response. I also notified Orchid Floyd to the email address listed on their Contact Us web page and the email address is bogus. I am out the money and the product that I purchased.

Add shows a cane that has a fold out chair(stool) max weight 100kg (220+ pounds)
Company also has a backpack with foldout chair (stool) .max weight 90kg (198 +pounds.)
Is the cane people are reporting recieving just a regular walking cane? The backpack looks like the chair (stool) is attached to the back side ( the part that would be next to the carriers back.
With room for other items needed on a outing.

National Fulfillment Centers and advertises/sells via Facebook. I believe the company is complicit in bait and switch practices. I ordered a collapsible folding chair and received a collapsible cane. In making a comment about the company on Facebook, I received information from several others they, too, received canes vice chairs.
