I went to the website opulentchihuahua.com looking for a teacup puppy. The website asks for your info & they email you. In their first email they stated a very low price of $400 when these pups run $1000 or more. They also stated they were located in Norfolk Virginia & that's where the puppies would be coming from. They didn't know I live in the same area in Newport News Va. I replied sharing where I lived & that I'd be able to come get the puppy in person. They replied by changing their story. They then said they just moved to Va. & left the puppies with their family in Minnesota. That no "in person" transaction could be done I'd first have to wire the money in order for the puppy to be shipped. It's obvious that this entire website is a scam. The pictures of the puppies were not taken at a home but were professionally done. Please look into this as I don't want anyone to fall victim to them.
