This company sends invoices for 542.77 each month suggesting that they are some kind of supplier for Doctor's offices. They also send invoices for 310.14 for "EDI claims" "Fees" for nothing. You get absolutely no service of any kind in return for the money. They send legit looking invoices, but there is no phone number or website address on them. If you don't pay, they start sending emails that do have a website where you can make payments https://billpay.optum.com. I have sent email after email to "Close our account" and requesting that they stop sending us invoices/bills and harassing us, but to no avail. Unfortunately, it looks like we will have to turn over to our lawyer if keep persisting.
