I deposited 10,650 dollars through a series of bitcoin deposits into my account at optionscaptrader.live. I deposited the money to have trades done in my account using the copytrade service. I opened the account because I had formed the impression that a trader named Adam Mancini had started a copytrade service with optionscaptrader.live. On Saturday, April 22, 2023 I found out that the Adam Mancini who had the copy trade service with optionscaptrader.live was an imposter. I notified optionscaptrader.live that the Adam Mancini on their website was possibly involved in fraud. Optionscaptrader deactivated my account while the conducted an investigation. After the investigation was concluded, I got an email stating I could re-activate my account. I was told I needed to provide my ID and make a 500 dollar deposit. I tried to make a 520 dollar deposit but the deposit was rejected because the account was deactivated. I got in touch with optioncaptrader through the chat feature. I informed them of my problem. They told me to make another 500 dollar deposit to activate the account. Optionscaptrader is putting new obstacles in re-activating my account and my ability to withdraw my money.
