I was conducting a Google Search and I was interrupted by an Amazon Prime promotion. It had me select a box from 9 boxes on the screen. I selected and it stated that I had won an IPhone 14. It then asked me to enter a credit card number for shipping expense of 1.99. I used a virtual card that only had $11 authorized on it. Once I submitted, I received a confirmation page stating I would receive an email from the merchant (Amazon) to receive my prize.

In the meantime, I received an email from the virtual card company that stated a charge of $149 failed, since there was not sufficient funds authorized for the card. They then submitted a 6.25 transaction and it went through.

I have uploaded a file that shows the the failed transaction and the one that was paid.
