A couple of days later, my son made this comment, "Mom, did you test it without submerging your feet in it?". That question bugged me for a few days, then I decided to make the test, to my surprise I had the same results without submerging my feet as when I did it.
This upset me so much and I started researching and investigating and I came across some videos in YouTube that lead me to realize I was victim of a scam.
When I contacted them via email, because they won't provide a phone number, they took a couple of days to give authorization to return the product. With the authorization they gave me the return address but not a return label, I contact them again to request a return label, they told me they won't pay for the return. I had to pack everything in a smaller box, because if I wanted to send it in the original box it would cost me $43, so in a smaller box I still paid $27 which is not cheap, and I believe I should have not have to pay for a scam product.
They received the product and decided to take off 10 percent off the original price because I did not return the product in its original box.
I paid $139.00 and they are taking off $13.00.
The end of the story is that I am losing $166.00, the cost of the product plus the cost for the return and so far I have not received a single penny back to my credit card, not even the $126.00 they decided to refund to me.
This people should be regulated very closely so won't scam anybody.
I want them to give me back the cost of the product and the cost of the shipping to return it.
