I was offered a position by "Optimum Data" and after accepting the position they asked me to send them my full legal name and address. Afterward I felt as though something wasn't right I called Canadian officials to try and legitimize the company and no one could give me any useful information. I looked everywhere to no avail. I finally called the man responsible for "hiring" people for the company and when, George Santana, I told him I wanted the full name of the company to do a background check he shouted at me and told me I should wait until tomorrow as discussed. The lady I spoke to at Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada suggested I look on the ScamPulse.com to see if there was a complaint. TO NO SURPRISE SOMEONE HAS ALSO BEEN SCAMMED BY THE COMPANY!

I was offered a position for a company simply known as "optimum data" located in Canada. They sent me a $5,000 check. Once I was able to deposit as requested, the bank (wells Fargo) explained that the check was fake therefore making the whole thing a fraud scheme.
