Lawyer equipment lease + retainer scam. A retainer scam where company asks attorney to prepare a lucrative equipment lease and accept a very large retainer that the client will request the remainder of back.

Their website (https://optimalmedicals.com/) is a copy of a website of a legitimate company (https://www.reflowmedical.com/) and Optimal Medicals even use alot of the same images as Reflow. They claim to have designed products actually designed by ReflowMedical such as the "Wingman" "Spex" and "SpexLp." I have been contacted by Emory Hillandale Hospital regarding purchasing our Cardiac Magnetic Resonance Imaging Equipment. We have been negotiating and I have agreed to sell The 2012 used GE Discovery MR450 MRI Equipment to Emory Hillandale Hospital, 2801 Dekalb Medical Pkwy, Lithonia, GA 30058. We have discussed and agreed on the purchase price and outlined terms for the transaction. I need your legal assistance to help draft a sales / purchase agreement. This is a straightforward transaction.
