This company called Optimal Medical called to say my mom was eligible for a back brace through Medicare. She thought this was legit and had it shipped, but then realized her doctor did not order it and refused the package. The people from this company keep calling her every day, multiple times per day, all from different phone numbers telling her she needs this back brace. She has added her phone to the "no call" list, but they keep calling and pressuring her. They are now harassing her and hanging up or saying rude things to her on the phone. They are trying to scam older, medicare patients and they are relentless. Her husband answering the phone one day and they asked if he was on Medicare and needed a back or knee brace.
