I have never heard of Optimal Max prior to today. However, I received a strange package in the mail that was addressed to me under my maiden name, which I haven't used in 2 years, and to an incorrect address. I quickly checked all my back accounts and found that the company had stolen my DL credit card information and placed 2 charges totaling $220 on my card that I had not authorized!! I am working with my credit card company to cancel the charges, but they have to complete an investigation first. Other reviews say this has also happened to them. This is absurd!!

I did not make an on-line purchase. However, I received an unexpected package in the mail. I set it aside, thinking I would search for the source and figure out how to return it. A charge of $259.87 showed up in my credit card activity for April 13. The name of the company was unfamiliar, but when I researched it, the sender address of the unexpected package matched the company that charged my card. The package simply says "Fulfillment Center" for the sender. It's a bag of bottles of pills that I'm sure I didn't order. I'm going to dispute the charge and hope for the best in getting my money back. I know that we were busy doing taxes online and not online shopping during those days.

Weight loss product , offer refund if not satisfied and they will not refund full amount, they don’t warn you about selling your information and continue charging for products when you don’t order them. Very unprofessional.
