In an early morning moment of weakness I saw an advertisement for Optimal Max Keto diet supplements on IG. I have never taken diet supplements other than chromium picolinate and Garcinia Cambogia as they have shown some success in helping if you're working out. I did a Google search of the product and it looked legit, but I forgot my golden rule of checking with the ScamPulse.com and I got scammed BIG time. They showed it as buy 3 get 2 free and that would make the price $39.97. I started to get concerned when I got done with entering all my info for payment, but it never showed a final cost, so I looked in my emails and was stunned. They'd charged me $199.88 PLUS another $59.99 for 2 bottles of a product I didn't even want or order. I immediately called the company to cancel and the woman in India talked me into keeping the order and she'd refund $120. That was only $20 more than I originally intended on spending. The more I started to wake up the clearer my thoughts were and I decided to check the ScamPulse.com website. WOW. DEFINITELY should have checked there first. Come to find out I was now enrolled in a subscription. I emailed the company and told them AGAIN that I wanted the order and ALL my accounts and subscriptions cancelled immediately. They wrote back saying they'd cancelled all my accounts and subscriptions and i would not receive anymore orders. I replied that I wanted it in writing that they had cancelled the original order and were going to refund me the $139.87 within 72 hours or I was going to file a claim with the BBB. Crickets. So I filed the complaint before work last night. I got an email this morning that my order had been shipped. I emailed them again letting them know I'd already filed a complaint with the ScamPulse.com and that they needed to contact the shipper immediately and cancel the shipment because I would NOT be paying to ship their products back. I also let them know I'd be adding this info to my ScamPulse.com complaint.

I returned $259.87 worth of product. They received unopened pills by 1/21/22.  After numerous calls I am still waiting for my money back. My last call was on 4/7/22 and I was told I would receive an e-check.  Within 7-10 business days.  Today is business day 11 and I have received nothing.

I purchased keto pills from this website. It was buy 3 get 2 free. They over charged me by $80 and charged me $50 for some detox pills I did not order. I immediatley regretted ordering and the web site did some weird flashing so I tried calling to correct the situation or just cancel the order. They would not answer the phone and waited 7 days to respond to me via email. I did exactly what I was supposed to do to contact them. They dodged me the whole time. They will not return any of my phone calls and take at least 7 days to reply to my emails. They give vague responses and don't answer my questions/issues and make up excuses why I can't return the pills and won't give me the information I need to return the pills. They also keep changing their phone number. I have a phone number on my order confirmation email and not even a month later the website has a new phone number. Also, from what I am trying to research online, they may change the name of the pills and their address often. They do not list an address on the website. The address I have is off of my package I received.

My credit card company, Capitol One Visa, won't help me in this matter either. They won't even investigate the situation all because the company sent them proof that I was shipped something, Visa don't care I was overcharged or that I was charged for an item I did not order. I tried explaining that the company won't give me a return address or an RMA# to label the product with so I can send the product back. Visa wants proof of return from me, but how am I supposed to provide that if the company won't give me the information to return the product. DO NOT TRUST YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANIES TO BACK YOU! I should file a complaint on Visa also, but it probably won't matter. This complaint probably won't matter either. I am just wasting more time and effort on this.
