Bogus

I too fell for the Facebook ad, which is embarrassing to admit. Thought I was getting the 3-for-1 deal and then all of a sudden there's a final receipt. I was never shown a screen with a cost breakdown, including shipping, etc., or I NEVER would have agreed to $198! I've tried contacting them twice with no response yet.

I was interested because of the Facebook ad- which was my first mistake, I know. I clicked the buy one, get 2 free deal to try it (also, sounds silly now and too good to be true). I clicked on $39.00 to pay and made sure I unclicked the automatic shipment plan. It then took my bank information and immediately charged me $238.00 without even going to a confirmation page showing total with shipping, etc. I did receive an email many hours later with a phone number so I called them to cancel my order because I had no idea I was being charged this amount. “Sorry, we are unable to cancel orders after they have already been processed.” Was the response. I said it hadn’t been shipped yet, so if this were a reputable company, it shouldn’t be an issue to cancel. They said a third party does the billing, so it’s too late.

MELTED PRODUCT, WAS TOLD TO SEND PIX NO RESPONSE

I received melted items. I called customer care of May 28th and was told to send an email to [email protected] and that I would receive a response within 48 hours. It is now June 13th. I have sent 4 emails with no response. They have no intentions of replacing the product or refunding my $198.
