The man language was broken and that He was calling from Optum-Rx.He said I owed $200 and some odd dollars. I told him my insurance should have covered it. That I have 2 policies. He said he only showed that I had 1. He asked for information on my second policy. I told him you have to put in information from the 1st policy to get the 2nd policy to come up. I gave him all my numbers on both my cards. He asked for a bin-pcn number. He told me to get it. I called my insurance company and they referred me over to Optum Rx. The lady I talked to said she had no record of them calling me and that I have a $4.?? balance. So now I'm wondering. SCAM???
