I ordered ammo from them and when I go to checkout with a credit card I get a message that there is no method of payment available in my state. WTH? I did get an email saying I have ammo in my cart waiting to be paid for. However, numerous emails and calls go unanswered. Sounds like a big scam.

I made online purchase September 2020 and February 2021. I'm researching to see if they with drew any funds. I have had no luck with contacting them. I just learned that the owner had been arrested however his website is still open for transactions.

I made a purchase on Nov. 18, 2020 of AE9AP Ammo, and the check was cashed by Chris Eustice on Nov. 25, 2020. To this date, I have not received my merchandise. I have called and they say they will get back to me, but I haven't heard from him. I should have know something was up when the charge card wouldn't work and hey wanted a check.

I have more than 3 weeks waiting my product and this people don’t send me any answer. The famous Christopher never say nothing. If anyone has complaints, text him by messenger

Good morning I would like to make a report for this page due to the fact that in recent days I was an order for some boxes of ammunition and apart from the fact that they have not sent nothing of the charge and also they charged me or took much more money from my bank account, I would just like to report this problem so that more people are not affected by these scammers

I ordered ammo but had to use direct bank to bank transfer.
Nothing so I called no answer texted and emailed they wanted more money. More for supplier increases then another for shipping. Then no replies to my requests for refund. Everything you said. I am filing a complaint with the consumer protection agency states attorney general

I filed a complaint at TX attorney general, FBI and GoDaddy.com which is his domain registrar.

I made a purchase through OpticsandAmmo.com several months ago. As is outlined in many reviews (which I did not seek out until after) I did not receive the Ammo I ordered nor any follow up communications. I attempted to contact the company by email and phone on many occations to no avail. I initiated a chargeback through my bank and blocked any future transactions with the company. Now atleast a month later I received an email from [email protected]. The email is below and threatened legal action against me for conducting the chargeback. The email is very threatenting and unprofessional.

We received a chargeback on your $59.30 order

I am demanding that you cease and desist your harassment and unlawful chargeback. I have represented myself as a Plaintiff in over 175 civil cases. I am more experienced than most lawyers. I will be your worst nightmare.

I’ll sue you until I own everything you have

I will never stop pursuing you with collection agencies and lawsuits

We will have to proceed with the collections account if we do not hear back from you

We will open a collections account for:

$35 chargeback fee

$1000 negative vendor rating fee

$10% order value for the cancellation fee

Attorney fees, collection fees, and fees for time spent

If that is unsuccessful we will sue you in a small claims action.

We will put your account into collections and sue you for breach of contract in a small claims action. I suggest you call your credit card company and cancel your chargeback. You could cause us to lose our vendor account. We have to now pay an extra $35 in fees just because you filed a complaint. If there was an issue you were supposed to articulate and address your concerns with us before you file a dispute with your bank.

I made a purchase for ammo on July 8, 2020 with optics and ammo also. To date never received the items. Did everything that you had done included filing a complaint with the Houston, TX BBB with no resolve. Once I contacted my Credit Card company and did a charge back received the exact same email as you did.
