They sent tracking number, which took 3 weeks to get to last location and then stopped, no more movements as of 3/27, i finally contacted them, they sent me some lie about me sibmitting different scan of prescription than i filled in. Complete lie. Offered 35% off next order. Pure fraud. Money I already paulid they keep and are not gonna send me anything.

This company posted an ad on Facebook about some eyewear. I clicked on the ad and went to their website where I ordered a pair of glasses and made payment. The company also sent me an e-mail with a confirmation number and shipping details. I then attempted to contact them to change something about my order. Nobody ever replies to my e-mails, or answers my phone calls at the bogus phone number: 800-123-1234 or the e-mail [email protected]. There is another phone number listed: +86 18177803561 which is not a working number. Companies like this need to be stopped.
