I saw an offer online for Opti-Loss Garcinia for a free trial. It was anything but a free trial. Was charged $169.00 for the product that DID NOT WORK! I called thinking I was enrolled in the monthly program, turns out they charged me for the "free trial". I tried to get a receive a refund for their bogus product. After a heated argument with the initial person and the manager, was told that I was under contract to call them within 14 days to return the product. I asked, "How would I be able to return a product that I wouldn't know would work or not within 14 days, considering I have to consume the product in order for it to work?" She told me that I have a verbal contract with them to cancel after 14 days. I explained that no where or at any point was I told that. She said it doesn't matter, I agreed to their terms and conditions. So then I inquired as to why I never received a copy of the contract via email or mail? I was told that as a consumer I would have to obtain that information on my own.... WHAT?!? I did receive a $30.00 refund, but it felt more like a slap in the face. This company never made their intentions clear at any point.
