It’s a loss

I purchased my daughter a doll house from optfly and received a confirmation email so I was like okay it should be legit!
Three weeks later no shipping update, no reply to my emails and I’m looking up reviews so it looks like I just flushed $65 down the drain

I was looking for a gift for my fiancé for Christmas. I saw they had a PS5 bundle for under $100, I should have known it was too good to be true but I still took a chance hoping it was real. I have gotten NO update on my package, no one has gotten back to me regarding said package and overall just radio silence. DO NOT TRUST THIS WEBSITE!!!

I ordered some merchandise from this website on 12/03/2021 and it says it has been shipped by Yun Express but is now not reporting any data. They do not respond to email. When you try to call the number it sends you to a different number. This morning it actually sent me to a person in Midland Texas and they told me they have filed a complaint before. That claim number is 16372966.
