I did a google search for a weight loss program called Optavia 5&1 and when I did, the first ad that came up was for Perfect Body. The ad had the words Optavia 5&1, leading me to believe that they were this company. The website immediately requested my personal details without giving me any information about their program. After giving my credit card information, the website let me know that the price I had paid did not include everything in the program that it offered (workout schedule, guidance from a nutritionist, and instant access instead of waiting 24 hours) and that I would have to pay more for these things. The whole experience was very misleading. When complained about this and requested a refund (via email), I was told that I could only get a 50% refund. This is before I even had access to the program (before the 24 hours).

i tried to check out Optavia website. I was directed to Perfect body and continued to check out the diet/health plan, I did not realize I had been directed to this scam site. I chose a four month plan and was billed $39.00 for the first month. When I saw the info about the plan that they sent me I realized it was not what I had wanted. When I tried to contact them I was unable to. Then I saw they had an address in Lithuania with a fake phone number. Then I found their fake address and info in California.

the products were a food/ health plan to lose weiht.
