This person called to order product to purchase from our company, paid electronically thru a QuickBooks link and after he picked up the product he purchased, he stopped the electronic payment from processing. Essentially he stole $484.60 from our company! After numerous text and phone exchanges with O'Neil where he promised to pay, he stopped responding at all. After sending to a collections company without result, we are sending this case to the county sheriff. It is Extremely Important that this company and this person have something on their file stating they are not honest so other vendors do not get taken in the same way!! I have tons of documents on this case but the two most pertinent are the Notice if Insufficient funds (which was later discovered to be he stopped the payment). We will not get anything out of this but if you can prevent another vendor/contractor from being burned by this person and company, that would be amazing!
