Recd call from Optium RX UHC stating I needed a refill for hydrochloride to be refilled. They never called before I accidentally gave name birth date to find out what drug they wanted to refill I asked why they called when I cancelled with them. Im hard of hearing didn't look at phone number like I usually do. I had a lot of issues I don't need to be scammed
