Started with a search for change of address. Safari took me to the site. Looked like USPS sites with no mention of cost. Filled out name, addresses, email address, phone and credit card info for verification. My bank flagged as suspicious and will call me shortly regarding the fraud. That’s a lot of info scooped up. I hope this doesn’t get ugly.

I was trying to use the website to complete a change of address for my daughter. The USPS site would not accept my daughters debit card information and kept declining her transaction and it made no sense as her card is current and has funds to cover the $1.10 charge. So, I looked for an additional way to complete the change of address and found this site. I honestly should have known better, and I should have checked the site out more carefully before I attempted the transaction, but I didn't. After I put in my debit card information and clicked submit your address change, I received a phone call immediately from fraud protection from my credit union. They attempted to take out of my account 179.99 twice, both times my credit unions fraud protection declined the transactions. This site needs to be taken down. There is no business name. No phone number and when you click Contact Us, it takes you to a screen where you are required to once again click a link to 'verify your identity'.

I went online to the USPS to forward my mail. the first site I see looks totally official like it is USPS site. instead I clicked openusmail.site.

I filled all the mail forwarding info out got to the payment section and I have done this before the USPS cost to forward mail is $1.10 for each forward address. I went to pay the fee with my credit card and the bank denied the charge which actually was $179.00 which was never stated on this site during the mail forwarding process. so, after the first card was denied. I had a brand-new card with no charges on it yet. I tried to pay with that card. it was also denied. So, I went to my bank app and it stated this was a fraudulent company. So glad the bank caught the scam. I closed the site and went to the correct USPS site and did my mail forwarding there. The next day i get an alert from my bank stating two of my credit cards had charges each of $45.00 on each and the bank denied the charges. The company who only had the information from my new credit card was the fraudulent company from the day before. the site called Openusmail.site. So now the bank has to issue me 2 new credit cards to avoid any more fraudulent action on my credit cards. This company are scammers, fraudulent, and thieves
