I purchased an Lebron James Hoodie on 2/19/2020, for my husband. This company processed my order and I received an email with my order number. They also charged my account and got paid the $50.99 for the hoodie. I have yet to receive the hoodie. I have attempted to contact them through their messenger, because that's the only way it says they can be contacted and the response I get is that Hi, this is not a corporate page and is not meant for individual enquiries. To start chatting with a customer service agent, please click here, https://messanger.com/t/openxsource, then when I click on that link it tells me that the username does not exist. I am so frustrated with this company if that's what you want to call them. I want to know how I can get my husbands hoodie or my money back.

This company charged my daughter 59.99 from her debit card in November. They never even sent her a shipping confirmation just an order number. The product was never delivered. We keep checking in with them on Facebook as they suggested but no reply. We sent them an email but they say to go to to Facebook messenger. We understand that products sometimes take long to ship but they didn't even ship it. On their Facebook page someone said fraud so we are thinking they closed down. How can my daughter either get her money back or get the product?

My Daughter wanted this Sweat shirt from Facebook and she has always told me never order from anything on Facebook. So I tried to take a smarter route and google the company name for the specific Sweat Shirt. it came up Open x Source. I have order the item on June 4, 2019 and thought it was weird that it cost $59 and no tax nor shipping was added when ordering. But I let it go. so about 2 weeks and 2 days I instant message them as this was the only way of contacting requested info. So June 20th I requested a delivery date. 24 hours later they came back with it takes about 2-3 weeks and the hoodie are in high demand.the July 9th, I asked for assistance again - Answer was- it has not been finalized yet and we will let you know when it leaves the Warehouse. them July 24th i emailed again - 14 days later from last response and I asked for a confirmation has it left the warehouse? Reply was - We will keep you updated via email with a tracking number on it..... This is a horrible thing with this company and I will pay attention. to me this is a $59 lost. but I would like for their name to be added so hopefully other people do not get caught up in this. I wish they could be blocked as a company and not allowed to advertise. they are online as https://open-x-source.co/ founded in Brooklyn NY. no phone number or address in sight. All sales are final after the order has been processed. No refunds, returns or exchanges. We do not accept requests for cancellation of orders or the return of items unless the item you purchased is defective upon our confirmation.

If you receive a defective item or incorrect item, please contact us at [email protected]. and I have the Terms of Service contract. but I feel I may never see the item purchased.
