Open-public-records.com was the website linked to our local county courts website. I needed to see the arrest records and charges for a family member, whom I've been to court with and I know they have charges in three different counties, yet their report came back clean with only some outdated addresses and phone numbers. When I called their customer service as to why nothing appeared, the response was that if nothing appeared, there were no charges filed. However, I know for a fact this individual has multiple charges on file. When I requested a refund based on the fact that I paid for information I did not receive, the customer service representative refused to refund any money paid, citing that they don't guarantee results. This sounds like false advertising to me. Do not waste your time or money! This service is not reliable!!!
