This lady says I recieved a loan through wells fargo bank and that I must pay 500dollars to settlle out of court.

Called my place of employment making threats over the phone.It is against the law for them to harrass or make threats over the phone. I know this is a scam. Never took a loan out with them. Please investigate this call. They never said they were calling or that this was an atempt to collect a debt.

There was a call made to my sister mother in law stating to call a number and advised her that I had been writing bad checks in my sister name. When I called the number and gave them my case# they stated that I had went online with a company called OPD Solutions in 2012 and got a loan that I didn't pay back. When they asked me to verify my address, they became very upset and disrespectful when I didn't give them the info. I tried to call back and they stated they were going to block my number, but not before telling me that I would be served a summons about this matter. They would not provide any other information.
