I tried a free trial of an Apple app called Opal, but after canceling my membership at the time when free trial was about to be over, I was charged twice on two different cards. I sought refunds from both Apple and my bank, which were initially processed. However, the amount of $107.24 was subsequently reversed and recharged to my bank account, despite me having no membership with this app.

I have emails and bank statement which I am happy to share. The Claim from Apple.com is Claim ID 734943910280001
