I recently purchased a shirt from a website called "ooshirts.com." After i made the purchase the company said they could not print my shirt after i already paid for the purchase. When I asked for a refund the company refused to answer my messages and would not answer my phone calls. When i call i am on hold for 30 minutes and then hangs up after 30+ minutes every time i call. Please help. Thank you.
