I purchased 3 rings from this company for $99, however they did not fit. They agreed to exchange them for a different size, however as soon as I sent them back via a return shipping label the company provided, they stopped responding. They went as far to delete reviews online, delete negative comments from other customers with similar experiences. I never received the product and my money was not refunded, even after 7 attempts from me repeatedly asking. There seems to be a pattern here based on other consumer complaints.
