On 8/23 I ordered a kitchen bar, and was told it would ship in 5-7 days. It still has not shipped. I emailed 5 times, with no response. There is no phone # listed. I then searched online and see multiple others have had the same issue, paying for an item and not receiving, and not responding to requests for information.
