I purchased 4 pairs of shoes on 8/17/23 for $99.95 per the special discount advertised. The estimated arrival date was 8/22-8/24/23 with a tracking number. On 8/22, I looked up the tracking number and it said it reached Los Angeles CA and going through custom clearance. 8/23/23 it said it was "customs clearance completed, returned to overseas warehouse, goods transferred again...". I contacted the company through email and asked for my order and she said the delivery company guaranteed the shipment will reach my home by 8/31/23. On 8/24 the email said "If you have any further questions or need assistance, please feel free to continue contacting us. We will be available to provide you with answers and support until you receive your item." On 8/25 feeling I got scammed, I checked the company website and I couldn't get there. I contacted my credit card to cancel my card. No other transaction was made without authorization.

I did not receive anything from this vendor.
