A deal was offered on Facebook, looks like a prime day ad for OOFOS shoes and uses the Shape magazine logo to suggest the shoes won a 2023 "Best in Fitness" award. I ordered 3 pair of shoes. I have not received them. There is now a post on Facebook warning that this offer is a scam. My credit card shows the company out of London (Appears on statement as: RH *oofoam.co London GBR WC1V 6NX GBR), but the Facebook post says the oofoam dot com domain is registered from China on July 13, 2023.

Ad on Facebook for Oofo shoe sale imitating Amazon Prime Day special. Site was very convincing. Ordered 2 pair of shoes. Provided address & paid with bank debit card…bank did question purchase, but I confirmed it was ok.

Received an email from: [email protected] with pictures, price, & tracking number.

Shipment from China. Used Track718 one-stop quick tracking. Details were in Chinese, but it was clear pkg had arrived in Los Angeles, CA. Said it arrived at point of destination. I thought this was at a USPS hub. It indicates it should be picked up. When tracking number is entered into USPS website-it indicates pkg was delivered to Alaska. I live in Idaho.

Saw an add on Facebook using photos from Oofos actual website as I had been on the website the day before and assumed they were targeting my business. The Oofoam.co US is similar to their new international websites so I didn't think much about it. However I became suspicious when I saw other sites pop up that looked scammy and within a few hours cancelled my order and contacted my credit card company who said I couldn't dispute it until it posted. I did that then cancelled the credit card. I did receive tracking info/ number for what was "shipped" and a link to install a tracking site but it was all written in Chinese so that only furthered my suspicions. I have received no further communication or info as I did not click on the tracking Info
