I was on Instagram and saw an add for Oofos slippers and so I clicked on it. I ordered 3 pairs of slippers and was supposed to get a fourth item for free. After I paid for the items, I waited for the site to ask about my free item but it never asked. I received the order confirmation email right after payment but noticed that it said from "Oofos Moms to be." In the email it mentioned that I would receive a tracking number. I waited about a week and never got anything. That's when I contacted them at "[email protected]" and I got a response from an Ashley saying that they were really busy and he/she would work on it right away. The next day, I got a USPS tracking number. Almost a month later, I checked the tracking and it said that it was delivered but it was delivered to a different state that I asked for it to be mailed to. I emailed Ashley right away but no response. I emailed again and same thing. I got SCAMMED!!
