Purchased a wedding dress September 2022, paid in cash and card. Was told that the dress would be in the store by August 2023. Never received a call or email. Tried calling multiple times. Sent an email with no response. Direct messaged through Instagram and was told they would contact me and never did. Never received the item purchased.
