It's a online FB ad that goes by Nordstrom-US. They change the name slightly and they have numerous pages on FB all with the same address and email. They don't respond to email or phone and you never receive the merchandise. The tracking # isn't one that is recognized when used. They charge your card and then ghost you when inquires are made. Numerous complaints logged on reviews and FB comments complaining about the same treatment. They need to be shut down. Total scam and impersonating a real department store online.
