Placed an order for two portable coolers on July 27th, they charged my card for products the same day and said it would ship in 3 weeks BUT never shipped!! It's been almost (2 1/2 months now!! I have sent numerous emails to their customer service address [email protected], however... they have failed to respond.

The first week of July, I did a Google search for a small personal air conditioning unit. This company came up. I ordered a unit and that same day received an initial email acknowledging the order and stating I would receive it in 3 weeks. Later that same day, I received an email stating my order was being packed for shipment. After 4 weeks, having received no merchandise and no communication, I began emailing them to find the status of my order. I had *3* different email addresses which came from the emails and their website: [email protected], [email protected] (first acknowledgement) and [email protected]. I emailed them all. Not one single reply. I emailed each twice. Today I reported them to the FTC. I do see from my Visa statement that the charge went to toptrendsus.com in Arizona.

Purchased two dog collars 3 weeks ago Credit card was charged tried contacting seller via listed email. No response. Spent $25.

On August 6th 2018 I ordered an Articair Personal Air Conditioner for $12.95. They received the funds but sent me nothing. When I tried to contact them, the phone # turns out to be non existent. I have emailed them multiple times with no response. The address turns out to be non existent as well. I called my bank to have them investigate.

I was directed here by google purchases when I searched for a high end Bluetooth speaker. They claimed it was *** and fashioned the website to look like they were selling fast. I then investigated the website and it is rudimentarily made has links to items that don’t exist and almost everything is listed as ***. They clearly do not sell these high end items for cheap and would be advised not to give your information to them.

i placed an order with this company online on july, 5th for an artic air cooler i did get an email back that said would be shipped out in a few days with a tracking number and its now 7/126/18 and i never recieved any email saying item has shipped and no tracking number i emailed them 4 times and no resonse back there is no address no phone number just an email they do not respond back never recieved anything then i went to reviews and found other people was saying the same thing just a scam company it looks like a legit site they just take your money and dont send u the item u ordered and you dont get any response back from them

I ordered a controller for my phone and got a text saying it would be shipped in 1-3 business days. Tried the tracking number but it's no good. Tried contacting and nothing. People... DON'T USE THIS SITE.
